By completing the information as prompted on the account deletion page, reading and agreeing to this GooPlay Account Deletion Notice (the “Notice”) together with all applicable terms and policies (including our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use), and finishing the entire deletion process, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all contents set forth in this Notice. If you disagree with any provision herein, you must discontinue the account deletion procedure immediately.
If you fully understand all consequences resulting from account deletion and still intend to proceed with deletion, you may tick the corresponding checkbox on the deletion page, which shall constitute your explicit acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and consequences under this Notice.

Dear Users,
You hereby understand and irrevocably agree that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. You are solely responsible for backing up all data, information, content and records generated or stored under your account across all Service Modules in advance. Before submission, please confirm that all services, user relationships, virtual assets and pending matters associated with your account have been properly handled.
Upon successful account deletion, you will permanently lose access to your GooPlay account and all services across the IM (Instant Messaging) module, Feeds/Dynamic module, Games module and Game Rooms module. All content, data, binding relationships, social ties and records under the account will be permanently erased or anonymized (except as required by applicable laws), and cannot be retrieved, restored or recovered under any circumstances—even if you register a new account using the same third-party platform account.

To proceed with account deletion, your account must satisfy all of the following prerequisites:

1. Account Security Status
The account is in a normal, secure and valid state, with no risks of theft, unauthorized login, abnormal operation, account compromise, or pending security verification or risk remediation.

2. Virtual Assets Disposal (Games Module)
All virtual assets in the Games module (including but not limited to in-app coins, diamonds, coupons, avatar frames, profile cards, skins, character levels, game progress, battle records, achievements, titles and other in-game items) shall be deemed as voluntarily forfeited upon deletion. We will not provide any refund, exchange, transfer or monetary compensation for unconsumed or remaining virtual assets.

3. No Pending Disputes or Violations
There are no pending disputes, user complaints, reports, platform penalties, sanctions or unresolved violations of the Platform Rules, Terms or Privacy Policy associated with your account.


General Consequences of Deletion
All third-party platform accounts (e.g., social media accounts) previously linked to your account will be automatically unbound upon successful deletion, and such binding relationships cannot be restored under any circumstances.
For Younger Users (under 18): Account deletion requests may be submitted by the account holder or exercised by a parent/legal guardian on behalf of the Younger User, subject to guardianship verification in line with our Privacy Policy.


Special Consequences & Data Processing Rules by Module
To help you fully understand the scope of data erasure and service termination, we set forth module-specific rules as follows:

1. IM (Instant Messaging) Module
  (1) All one-to-one chat records, group chat records, voice messages, video call logs, shared files, pictures, media and related session data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  (2) You may request export of your personal chat data in a structured format prior to deletion, in accordance with the data portability right under our Privacy Policy; we do not provide backup, export or migration services after account deletion is completed.
  (3) All friend relationships, group memberships, blacklist and whitelist configurations will be terminated immediately. You will be removed from all group member lists, and your profile will no longer appear in other users’ contact lists.

2. Feeds / Dynamic Module
  (1) All content you published, including but not limited to dynamic posts, text, images, videos, comments, replies, likes, favorites and reposts, will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  (2) All follower/following relationships, personal homepage data, public interaction records and @mention traces will be permanently cleared.
  (3) After deletion, other users will no longer be able to view your public dynamic content and associated personal information.

3. Games Module
  (1) All game character data, level progression, battle records, ranking data, achievements, mission progress and related game data will be permanently erased and cannot be restored.
  (2) All virtual currencies, skins, items, props, limited-edition rewards and other in-game content obtained via free access, recharge or platform events will be invalidated and forfeited.
  (3) All team/clan relationships, mentor-trainee bonds and in-game social connections will be automatically dissolved, with no possibility of recovery.

4. Game Rooms Module
  (1) All Game Rooms text chat records, room creation/joining records, gameplay duration logs, interactive behavior data and virtual currency consumption records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  (2) All room-related memberships, interactive relationships and room-specific configuration data will be terminated immediately and cannot be restored.

Legal Data Retention
Notwithstanding the above, we will retain only the data mandated by applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to anti-fraud records, dispute evidence and compliance records) for the minimum period required by law, in line with our Privacy Policy. All other personal and module-specific data will be permanently erased immediately upon successful account deletion.
